Terms & Conditions of Service

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to all features available on the Bylink.id website, including but not limited to link-in-bio creation, profile customization, real-time analytics, and verified badge features.
• "User" refers to any individual or legal entity that registers an account on our platform.
• "Content" includes all information, text, images, links, or other materials uploaded by Users to their profile pages.

3. Eligibility & User Access

This Service is intended only for individuals aged 13 years or older. If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to request proof of identity or age at any time to ensure compliance with this policy. We also reserve the right to refuse account registration without providing specific reasons.

4. Account & Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including passwords and Google Sign-In access. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches. Bylink shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.

5. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership rights over the Content you upload. However, by uploading Content to Bylink, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, and distribute such Content solely for the operational purposes of our services.

You warrant that you own the rights to the Content and that it does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Prohibited Content & Suspension

Uploading Content that contains the following is strictly prohibited:

• 🚫 Pornographic & Explicit Sexual Content
• 🚫 Illegal Activities & Fraud
• 🚫 Hate Speech & Discrimination
• 🚫 Spam & Malicious Software

Bylink reserves the right to suspend accounts suspected of violating these rules. If no valid clarification is provided within 30 days, the account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

7. Analytics & Technical Data

Bylink collects statistical data such as click counts, anonymized IP addresses, device types, and visitor geographic locations. This data is provided through our Real-Time Analytics feature and is used solely to improve your profile performance and for internal service development.

8. Payments & Premium Accounts

Premium features (Pro/VIP) are processed securely via Midtrans. All listed prices (e.g., IDR 9,000/month or IDR 15,000/service) are final. Subscription fees are charged upfront. Failure to complete payment may result in automatic suspension of premium features until payment is received.

9. Design Service Policy (VIP)

For the IDR 15,000 package that includes profile design services, you agree to provide complete and accurate materials. Work begins once all materials are received. Limited revisions are available within 24 hours after the draft is delivered. As this is a direct service, the design fee is non-refundable.

10. Bylink Intellectual Property

All elements of the platform, including logos, source code, interface designs, and the "Bylink.id" trademark, are our lawful property. You are prohibited from duplicating, modifying, reverse engineering, or reselling any part of the Service without written permission from Bylink.

11. Account Deletion by User

You may delete your account at any time through the settings dashboard. Once confirmed, all profile data, links, and analytics will be scheduled for permanent deletion from our servers and cannot be recovered.

12. Disclaimer

Bylink services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any business losses, data loss, or financial damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

13. Changes to These Terms

Bylink reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time in accordance with legal or service developments. Notifications will be provided via email or website announcements. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
